Each session will be customized/individualized for your specific needs on the day.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
In-person or Remote Sessions
In-Person
In-person sessions are held in Shafer, Minnesota. As you are fully clothed during sessions, it is recommended that you dress for comfort. Allow yourself to relax and unwind in the beautiful treatment room with water/herbal tea provided after the session.
Remote
Remote sessions are accessible from any location worldwide, allowing you to experience them in the comfort of your own home. These sessions take place through a live, audio-only phone call (via platforms such as WhatsApp, Signal, etc.) or Zoom.
